Together, Calaila and La Gota Circus School brings you urban circus school training to Kerala. The first of its kind workshops and shows were first conducted in Kochi, 2021.

Calaila's collab with La Gota was aimed at cultivating a culture around appreciating this art form and what it can bring to the society. In a world where an average person gets consumed in their work, circus arts is an artistic intervention. It allows you to experience discipline, union of the mind and body and more importantly, learn to trust people. This beautiful art form has often been overlooked and in a way, the event and workshops was geared to bring it to the mainstream.
The overall look of the creatives is reminiscent of 50's vintage inspired Circus posters. The typography and colour palette aids to this comparison.
